I knew Elsie only a very short time since I am new to Healthfirst, but we spoke very frequently about our crazy OB members. She was so welcoming and her laugh was contagious!! No matter what was going on I always ended up laughing with her on the phone...My thoughts and prayers are with her family who she dearly loved and spoke of frequently...God Bless!!
