I remembered the first time I covered for Elsie while she was on vacation and when she came back she sent out an email asking if there were any issues or problems that she needed to know. I sent her an email and she called me and that was the beginning of a work relationship that I will cherish forever. I was amazed at how proficient, professional, effective and knowledgeable she was and at the same time personable and youthful with her infectious laughs. She had a gift that made you feel that everything no matter what was going to be okay. Her laugh was infectious and contagious. No matter what was going Elsie laughed through it all. I met Elsie in person and she was even better. She was spunky, fun, and I love the tattoo and her carefree attitude. I told her that when I grew up I wanted to be just like her, cool. I am deeply sadden but know wherever she is she is laughing hard and doing it the only way she knew how to do it with grace, heart, a laugh and a smile.
