To me, Elsie was a wonderful person with a humorous streak. Our latest conversation dates back to 6/7/2012. We talked about Nature in both New York and Colorado, being in Brooklyn. I mentioned that Brooklyn could be lovely if you can tolerate it. Elsie laughingly agreed and asked me if I went to Coney Island lately. I said that in fact I was there about a week prior, at the New York Aquarium. She wished that she could go back to Coney Island once...Even though that wasn't meant to happen, I will remember this little talk of ours and remember Elsie and her crackling laughter.
